About José Espinosa

I'm José Espinosa — though most people call me Josh. I'm a founder and builder focused on digitalizing critical workflows in education.

I founded MiFCT, a SaaS platform that transforms how Spanish vocational education institutions manage workplace training placements (FCT). What was once a fragmented process of spreadsheets and paper forms is becoming a unified digital system.

OEvuy, based in the Netherlands, is the holding company behind MiFCT and future ventures in education technology.

What drives me

I believe that institutional workflows — the processes that schools, governments, and organizations depend on daily — deserve the same level of thoughtful digital infrastructure that consumer products enjoy. Not disruption for its own sake, but meaningful improvement of systems that affect thousands of people.

Background

Based between the Netherlands and Spain, I work at the intersection of education policy, technology, and institutional operations. My approach is pragmatic: understand the workflows deeply, build the minimum viable infrastructure, and iterate based on real usage.
